For the past several months, FanWork has been on a journey under the vision of ‘Fandom’s Teamwork,’ proving how the passion of K-pop fandom can mobilize as one giant team. We looked beyond the mere scale of fandom to focus on the infinite potential and expertise hidden within. In over 10 countries, including the United States, Mexico, France, and Indonesia, we welcomed passionate fans as ‘Country Managers (CMs)’ and ‘Global Ambassadors,’ delving deep with them into the heart of local K-pop communities.

Through this process, we have built a powerful network of ‘Fan Producers,’ including local event organizers, creators, K-pop cafés, and cover dance teams. From content collaborations with Italian K-pop media, marketing to attract foreign visitors to the SBS Inkigayo show and Aquafield, to conducting global marketing PoCs (Proofs of Concept) with three entertainment companies, we have woven together the fragmented expertise of fans under the banner of ‘teamwork’ to create tangible business results.

This entire journey has left us with an invaluable asset: a database of over 3,500 ‘Fan Producer’ entries. This exclusive database, detailing who is contributing to the K-pop ecosystem, where they are, and with what specific talents (such as video editing, design, or event planning), provides living insights that K-pop chart data could never reveal.

Now, upon this solid foundation we have built, FanWork is set to open a new chapter.

The prelude to this new era will officially begin with the launch of FanWork’s new mobile application, set to be unveiled in the first week of December.

In this new studio, every contribution from the fandom will become a legitimate ‘career,’ and their passion will be recognized as a tangible ‘financial asset.’ An era where fans evolve beyond consumers to become true ‘producers,’ and furthermore, ‘shareholders’ in the industry.
